As a courtesy to our passengers, drivers do attempt to contact a passenger when they are on location. However, if you do not receive a call 5 minutes after your pick-up time or given ETA please call our office to receive an update from the passenger.
If you are using our mobile app, you will receive a push notification when the driver is dispatch and arrives on scene. You will also be able to track their progress as they make their way to your pick-up location
