Assisting with luggage

The drivers will be pleased to assist with loading your luggage from the curb to the vehicle and, once at your destination, from the vehicle back onto the curb.

Unfortunately, drivers are unable to leave their vehicles unattended and may not go into buildings to help with luggage or find assistance.

Please note that drivers are not required to rent luggage carts for airport reservations. The use and procurement of these carts is solely at the the passenger's discretion.
