Payment methods

Credit Card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners and Discover)

Note: We pre-authorize all credit cards for 1.5x the fare at the time of booking a reservation. This is not a charge but a hold that will be released once your card is processed for payment at the end of your ride or 2-3 business days after cancelling your reservation. Dial 7 does not accept prepaid or gift cards.

Credit Card in the Vehicle

The actual credit card must be presented to the driver either at the time of pick-up or drop-off. The driver may ask for additional identification to ensure the validity of the card. All signatures and information must match before the card will be accepted as payment.

The driver will swipe the credit card inside the vehicle and submit for a charge. During the trip passengers may not leave the vehicle, for any purpose, without first signing the uncompleted credit card slip. Should the passenger fail to return to the vehicle, the full fare will be charged to the card.

Prepay

Select this option if you would like to pay for all or part of another passenger's (or your own) reservation ahead of time. Our website will help you calculate tolls along with a tip before you prepay. As long as you've selected a pick-up time that avoids wait time charges and have included any possible stops on the reservation, there shouldn't be any additional charges. Any changes to the reservation, including the pick-up time, may create an outstanding balance and will be due to the driver by the passenger at the completion of the trip.

AutoPay

If you want to assure that A payment method with a designated credit card on file that is automatically charged at the end of the ride. All transactions are handled in a safe, encrypted format by a secure server to ensure Dial7's and our customers’ maximum security, and the assurance that your information stays confidential, private, and safe. We pledge to continually adopt new security technology as it becomes available.

Cash

While we require a credit card to secure reservations such as Meet and Greets and pick-ups outside of New York City, you are welcome to pay cash at the end of any Dial 7 reservation.
