Wait Time

Waiting time charges may be incurred if a passenger arrives late for a pick-up or makes a stop during a ride.

The rate depends on the vehicle booked and are as follows:

• Standard: $11 /15 minutes
• Luxury: $13 /15 minutes
• Minivan: $13 /15 minutes
• Select 7 Sedan: $13 /15 minutes
• Select 7 SUV: $19 /15 minutes

Non-Airport Pick-Ups

You have a 14 minute grace period to get into the vehicle without being charged. If you are 15 minutes or longer, the grace period is waived and you will be charged for the entire time the driver has been waiting, to the minute.

Stops
Time spent waiting at additional stops will also be charged as waiting time. There is no grace period and waiting time starts the minute the driver arrives at the stop.

Roundtrip

Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires on a round-trip. The complimentary waiting time depends on the dollar value of the base fare. You are granted 15 free minutes for each $50 of your fare (Example: 30 free minutes on a $100 fare or 1 hour free on a $200 fare).

Airport - Curbside

We do not charge waiting time for curb side pick-ups at the airport. We only ask that you call us after you have picked-up all your luggage and are ready to leave the airport. If a driver is sent and it is found you are not ready, we will remove the driver from the reservation and ask that you call back for another driver to be dispatched, which may delay you.

Airport - Meet & Greet

Only Select vehicle provide a Meet & Greet service. Our dispatch team tracks flights and the start of the wait time is based on the exact flight landing time. Free wait time for this service is:

• Domestic: 30 minutes free
• International: 45 minutes free
