When to book your reservation

Dial 7 suggests that you book a reservation 24 hours in advance to ensure a car will be available. However, we can often provide unscheduled pickups, including at the airport. Please call us or check online for same-day availability.

For the airport, please call us once you have landed to check our availability. If available, the operator will book your reservation and ask that you call us back once you have all your luggage. It'll take approximately 7-10 minutes for the driver at your designated pick-up point.
