Cancellation and no-show policy

Cancellations

A fee may be charged to your credit card for any trip not cancelled within the allotted time.

In order to avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify a customer service representative of a cancellation at least 2 hours in advance for Manhattan pickups and at least 3 hours in advance for pickups outside Manhattan.

No Shows

If Dial 7 is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person after 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying Dial7 Car & Limousine Service may result in a no show charge.

To avoid a reservation no show, please call and speak to an operator to inform us of any delays and to authorize wait time charges on your reservation.
